These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Final Card’s website, located at finalcard.store (the “Site”), and any investment services, features, content, or applications offered by The Final Card (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). By registering an account, making an investment, or using our Site, you (“User,” “you,” “your,” or “Investor”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site and utilizing our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Site and our services.
2. Definitions
Investment Amount: The principal sum of capital you transfer to The Final Card for the purpose of investment. This amount is locked for the full duration of the Contract Term and any extension period.
Investment Plan: One of the pre-defined investment packages offered on the Site, each with its own duration, lock-up period, and projected profit structure.
Contract Term: The total duration of the investment plan, comprising the lock-up period for the Investment Amount and the profit distribution period, commencing from the date of Investment Amount verification as outlined in Section 5.
Profit Payout Date(s): The scheduled date(s) on which accrued profits become eligible for withdrawal, as specified by the chosen Investment Plan.
Principal Payout Date (Maturity): The date at the end of the Contract Term upon which the locked Investment Amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.
Security Key: A unique cryptographic identifier or receipt provided by the Company to you upon verification of your investment. This key is required for all withdrawal requests.
Profit: The projected return on investment as specified by the chosen Investment Plan. Profit is not guaranteed.
3. Investment Services Overview
The Final Card operates a diversified investment strategy. Investor capital is pooled and allocated across a portfolio of active projects, which may include, but are not limited to:
Algorithmic and futures trading bots.
Cryptocurrency arbitrage trading.
Cryptocurrency mining operations.
Long-term holdings of digital assets and tokens.
4. Investment Plans and Projected Returns
We offer several Investment Plans with varying Contract Terms and projected profit percentages. These projections are based on historical performance and market analysis and are forward-looking statements. You acknowledge and agree that all projected returns are estimates and not guarantees of future performance. The specific terms of each active plan are detailed on the Site.
5. Investment Process, Security Key, and Term Commencement
Selection: You select an Investment Plan on the Site.
Payment: You transfer the Investment Amount to the designated wallet address provided by the Company.
Verification: You must provide proof of payment through the designated channel on the Site.
Security Key Issuance: After the Company successfully verifies your payment, a unique Security Key will be generated and issued to you through your account on the Site. You are solely and entirely responsible for safeguarding this Security Key. The Security Key is the primary proof of your investment and is mandatory for processing any withdrawal, including both profit and the return of your initial Investment Amount.
Commencement of Term: The Contract Term for your investment will officially begin only after The Final Card has successfully received and verified the Investment Amount and issued your Security Key. The time/date of your payment submission is not the start date. Verification may take up to [e.g., 24-48] business hours. You will receive a confirmation email upon verification and term commencement.
6. Capital Lock-Up, Profit Distribution & Performance Mechanism
This section outlines the structure of your investment and our capital preservation commitment.
A. Capital Lock-Up and Profit Distribution:
Your Investment Amount (Principal) will be locked for the entire duration of the Contract Term as specified in your Investment Plan. You cannot request a withdrawal of the initial Investment Amount until the Principal Payout Date (Maturity).
Accrued Profits, as per the schedule of your chosen plan, will become available for withdrawal on the designated Profit Payout Date(s). You may choose to withdraw these profits or reinvest them.
B. Our Unique Capital Preservation Mechanism:
In the Event of Portfolio Profit: If, during your Contract Term, the overall performance of the portfolio is profitable, The Final Card will disburse profits on schedule and return the full Investment Amount on the Principal Payout Date.
In the Event of Portfolio Loss: The Final Card is committed to preserving your initial capital. If the overall performance of the portfolio results in a net loss at the end of the initial Contract Term, the following mechanism will be triggered:
Capital Protection: Your initial Investment Amount remains fully intact and is not subject to reduction.
Term Extension: The Contract Term for your investment will be automatically extended for a period equal to the original term. During this extension, the Investment Amount remains locked.
Objective of Extension: The objective of this extension is to allow the Company’s strategies additional time to recover from the loss and generate the projected returns. At the end of the extended term, the portfolio will be re-evaluated for profitability.
7. Risk Acknowledgement
You expressly acknowledge and understand that all investments carry inherent risk.
Market Volatility: The crypto and digital asset markets are highly volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
No Guarantee of Profit: The projected returns are targets, not guarantees. There is a possibility that you may not receive any profit.
Regulatory Risk: The regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies and digital assets is evolving and may impact our operations.
Technology Risk: Our services rely on complex technology, including trading bots and blockchain networks, which are susceptible to bugs, failures, and security breaches.
Capital Access and Lock-Up: Your Investment Amount will be locked for the entire Contract Term (including any extension period) and is not redeemable on demand.
Security Key Loss: The loss, theft, or destruction of your Security Key may result in the permanent inability to access or withdraw your Investment Amount and any accrued profits. The Company cannot recover, reissue, or bypass the Security Key, and accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of a lost Security Key.
8. User Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. This responsibility extends to the safeguarding of your Security Key as outlined in Section 5.
9. Fees
The Final Card’s revenue is derived from a performance fee on the profits generated. No fees are charged on the Investment Amount itself. Detailed fee structure will be communicated prior to investment.
10. Withdrawals
Profit Withdrawals: Upon a Profit Payout Date, you may request a withdrawal of accrued profits. The request must be submitted along with the valid Security Key.
Principal Withdrawal: Upon the Principal Payout Date (Maturity) and after a successful performance evaluation, you may request a withdrawal of your full Investment Amount. The request must be submitted along with the valid Security Key.
Security Key Mandatory: Presentation of the correct and valid Security Key is an absolute prerequisite for any and all withdrawal requests. Without the Security Key, withdrawal is technically impossible, and the Company shall be held harmless for any inability to process withdrawals due to a lost or missing Security Key.
Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within [e.g., 5-7] business days after successful Security Key authentication. All withdrawals are subject to internal security and anti-money laundering checks.
11. No Financial Advice
The information provided on the Site does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All investment decisions are made solely by you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Final Card, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of funds resulting from the loss of your Security Key.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Final Card and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your consent to the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Rawalpindi.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
